Terms, Refunds & Service Standards
These terms apply when you use Guidellor's websites, counseling, Match, Pathways or essay-review services. Any written proposal or order description forms part of these terms.

Scope of our services
Guidellor provides educational guidance, planning, editing feedback and application support. The exact deliverables, turnaround estimate and price are those shown on the relevant page, checkout, invoice or written proposal when you order. You are responsible for supplying accurate information and required materials on time.
No admissions, scholarship or visa guarantee
Shortlists, chance bands, deadlines, fees and requirements are guidance based on the information available at the time. They can change, and you should confirm critical details with the relevant official institution before acting or paying a third party.
Match evaluations
Free and paid Match outputs are directional decision-support tools. They may use automated calculations and AI-assisted explanations. A band such as reach, match or safer is not an official probability, and it must not be treated as an admissions decision or financial commitment.
Essay review and academic integrity
Essay review is feedback and editing guidance intended to preserve the student's ideas and voice. We do not promise to write an application essay on a student's behalf, invent achievements, misrepresent authorship or guarantee that an institution will accept any use of assisted writing. The applicant is responsible for the final submission and for following each institution's academic-integrity and AI-use rules.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, lawful information and only share documents you have permission to use.
- Review every application, essay, form and payment before it is submitted.
- Protect your passwords and do not send account credentials or card details through forms or messaging.
- Communicate respectfully and avoid attempts to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer or misuse the websites.
Payments and delivery
Prices are presented before checkout. Payments are processed by the stated payment provider. Work begins after payment and after we receive the material needed for the service. Turnaround estimates begin then and may shift if information is missing, if you request a change in scope, or because of circumstances outside reasonable control. We will communicate material delays.
Cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel before work begins, you may request a full refund.
- After work begins, any refund will reflect the part of the service already completed and any non-recoverable payment costs, to the extent permitted by law.
- If Guidellor cannot deliver the purchased service, we will offer a suitable replacement, revised delivery arrangement or refund for the undelivered portion.
- For a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact us promptly with the payment date and transaction reference.
Requests should be sent to connect@guidellor.com. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Website and intellectual property
Guidellor's branding, reports, site content, frameworks and templates are protected content. You may use deliverables for your own educational and application purposes, but may not resell, publish or reproduce them commercially without permission. You retain ownership of original material you submit and give us permission to use it only as needed to provide and administer the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Guidellor is not responsible for decisions made by universities, scholarship bodies, testing organizations, payment providers, technology platforms or immigration authorities, or for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied to us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the services. Terms already agreed for a paid order will not be changed retrospectively without your agreement unless required by law. Questions may be sent to connect@guidellor.com.
